Chioggia Beet seeds
Chioggia Beet is a classic Italian heirloom. It's truly unique from other beets due to its alternating bicolored center. While the exterior is a dull red color, the inside hides stunning rings of alternating fuchsia and white making this a highly ornamental ingredient. Chioggia Beets have an earthy-sweet flavor, and tender leaves that taste similar to chard or spinach. Each beet will grow an average of 2-3" wide.
