SHIPPING POLICY

Processing times

North America and Canada: 

Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 days via USPS. We use poly bubble mailers to protect the seeds we ship out. This will protect them during transit, and keep them from getting crushed beneath heavier or larger parcels. To keep our shipping costs as low as possible, we use USPS only. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. 

 

 

Customs and import taxes

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 
Returned or missing packages due to incorrect address

 

When we print out USPS labels, they pre-fill with information the customers enter online. We are not responsible for returns due to missing apt. #'s, or incorrect/insufficient addresses. For orders to be resent, USPS requires a new label to be purchased, shipping must be purchased again.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. 

Seeds are considered perishable items, so we aren't able to accept returns, but please contact us so we can help with a resolution. 

We can't accept exchanges

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We accept cancellations
We strive to have seeds delivered quickly. While our processing times can vary during different times of the year, we typically get seeds out in 1-2 days. We can accept cancellations if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Once the order is shown as fulfilled,  we are unable to cancel the order. ​
 
Missing and damaged items
While we take every precaution to ensure seed orders are accurate and protected during transit, on occasion, mistakes are made or seeds/packages can be damaged during transit. We will quickly correct the situation and make things right, we just ask that you please check your orders as soon as you get them and notify us of missing or damaged seeds within 30 days of the delivery date. 
Situations with seed germination
Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to make sure you get your seeds growing. Although we include instructions, we have run into situations where instructions may not have been followed or steps may have been added/omitted from the instructions given. We ask that you please follow the instructions as closely as possible for your seeds to successfully germinate. While we test and label our seeds with their germination rate to meet the CDOA regulations, seed germination can be impacted during weather/storage conditions by USPS. Please let us know if you experience any issues, we are here to make sure you get your seeds growing. 
 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale
