Bulls Blood Beet seeds

This heirloom beet is one of the most popular among gardeners. Bull's Blood beets are early to mature with a deep rich red wine color. The foliage is also a brilliant red, setting it apart from other beets that have traditional red foliage. The flavor is extremely earthy with an almost mineral type of profile.
 
If you harvest the beets when small, they are extremely tender and sweet. Harvesting them when they are larger will allow the flavor to develop and become more sophisticated.
