The Great White tomato is an award-winning cream-colored beefsteak-style tomato that is sure to wow at the next BBQ or get-together. Great White tomatoes can get up to a hefty 12-16 ounces. The flesh has been described as slightly fruity, somewhat mealy, and tasting like a cross between guava and melon with pineapple notes The acidity of this variety rides on the low end. These have been termed the biggest and best-tasting of the white tomato varieties.
Great White tomato is drought tolerant, sunscald resistant, and crack resistant. These guys are full of flavor, and an excellent slicing tomato. This heavy producer will do well in a container or raised bed.
