German Chamomile is an annual herbaceous flower that can reach 18"-24" tall. Multiple blooms are produced from each stem with the flowers looking daisy-like flowers with yellow centers and delicate white petals. The flowers are highly fragrant and taste floral with notes of honey and apple. In fact, in Latin-speaking countries, Chamomile is known as "manzanilla" or "Flores de manzanilla" which roughly translates to "little apple" or "little apple flowers".

 

Chamomile is a popular ingredient in teas. Its oils can be used in soap, candles, and natural cosmetics. The edible flowers can also be used in other drinks and desserts. It's been used medicinally
