Unlike the commonly mistaken Thai Kang Kob, this tasty Thai variety has thin skin and won't hold its
shelf for as long, but it definitely has its perks. This variety yields a high amount of pumpkins. The seeds are tasty if roasted and the flavor is said to be very rich and slightly spicy. This variety is well suited for Asian and South East Asian dishes.
