Warts Plethora F1 Pumpkin seeds
Warts Plethora F1 Pumpkins are one of our favorite hybrid varieties. These pumpkins are the product of a cross with the sweet and warty pink heirloom, Galeux d’Eysines. The result is a squatty, smaller pink pumpkin with light pink striations and traditional crusty warts. The flesh inside is a deep orange color. This is by far one of the best pumpkins for baked goods, soups, pies, and other delicious recipes.
warts will become more prevalent as the pumpkins mature. Leaving them longer on the vine will help achieve this. If the pumpkins start growing in cooler zones or towards the fall time when temperatures begin to dip, your warts will not have ample time to form. This is one of the best pumpkins to use for cooking applications and baking. Each pumpkin will weigh 10-15 pounds, the vine is a standard vine and this variety does have powdery mildew resistance.
