Amish Pie Pumpkin seeds
This amazing pumpkin is a semi-rare heirloom that was believed to have come from an Amish farmer in Maryland. This pumpkin has become popular with gardeners due to its huge size, generous amounts of moist and sweet flesh, and its heart shape/acorn shape.
This pumpkin is great for so many things! Canning, freezing, pies, and desserts. Substitute this for common pumpkin in any pumpkin cheesecake recipe and you will have an instant hit at the dinner table or get-together. These need a bit of room as each can weigh upwards of 60 - 80 pounds....a lot of pies.
