This colorful blend of carrots includes Atomic Red, Solar Yellow, Bambino, Lunar White, can Cosmic Purple Carrot seeds. Rainbow carrots can be harvested while young or left to ripen to their maximum size. These are a great option for adding color to salads or for making s stunning side dish (i.e. rainbow glazed carrots). These varieties do well at holding their color even after cooking.
