Purple Beauty bell pepper is an old-time heirloom that is incredibly easy to grow. The flavor has been described as mild, but sweet. These lend themselves well to kabobs, salads, or stuffed with delicious quinoa or chicken salad. These are open-pollinated and will thrive in containers or a raised bed. Depending on factors (soil, location, fertilizers, etc) these will range from a bright purple to a dark plum color.
