Black Beauty Eggplant seeds

A tried and true classic heirloom! Black Beauty eggplants are exceptional in their quality and meaty flesh. These are also highly versatile in the kitchen. Because of its shape, the Black Beauty Eggplant can be sliced and used to make Eggplant Parmesan, lower carb/keto lasagna, vegetarian or vegan eggplant stack or towers, etc. These are also delicious pan-seared with salt and olive oil or even grilled for summer barbecues. 
 
The Black Beauty can take a bit longer to mature, and the yields may be lower than other varieties, but their generous-sized fruits make up for this. Black Beauty Eggplant also does exceptionally well in containers. These are perennial and will come back each year for you. Equally, these can be grown in shorter growing areas as an annual, but they can be overwintered.
