Midnight pumpkin seeds
Midnight pumpkins are a new addition to the "black pumpkin" family. Midnight is similar to the Black Kat pumpkin but with a few differences. The Midnight pumpkin is slightly bigger and weighs between 1 lb to 1 1/2 lb. (black kat pumpkins are 8 0z to 1 lb.) This variety is also more round and subtle ribbing that isn't as pronounced.
The Midnight pumpkin is bigger than the Black Kat. but smaller than the Dark Knight. Reference the last image for the visual differences. This variety is also a bush vine-type pumpkin. Space accordingly as the vine won't be long, but it will be more cumbersome. We've grown these a couple of years in a row and they have been one of the healthiest top producers and still impress to this day. This is a semi-bush variety that has intermediate powdery mildew resistance.
*These must be picked while they are black. If left on the vine, they will revert to an orange color.
