Bouquet Dill seeds
Bouquet is the most widely grown variety of Dill. Each plant's height will vary based on growing conditions. Tall stems will hold generous amounts of dark green fronds and edible flowers. This variety is early to mature and can be used for cut flower arrangements, pickling, and for flavoring meats and vegetables (or making your own ranch dressing). The fronds are considered "dill weed" and can be used fresh or dried. The seeds have a more robust flavor and can be ground or sprinkled into various recipes. It tastes like a mix of parsley, anise, and celery. Dill is also a powerful magnet for beneficial insects and the swallowtail caterpillar.
