Amazing Cauliflower seeds

Amazing Cauliflower is a Dutch variety of Cauliflower that is renowned for its large, uniform, symmetrical heads that are dense, compact, crunchy, and flavorful. Amazing Cauliflower is great for the kitchen, regardless of your dietary needs. This can be blanched, battered, and fried to make buffalo cauliflower nuggets, eaten fresh in salads, etc. They love the cooler weather and plan on planting/transplanting in early spring for a summer harvest or mid-summer for a fall harvest. 
 
These will produce classic off-white heads. You can tie the leaves around the head as they grow to produce stunning white heads.
