Elephant Garlic

SKU: K501740

For garlic enthusiasts, Elephant Garlic is a late-season heirloom gem that yields exceptionally massive garlic heads. Each individual clove of Elephant garlic rivals, or often surpasses the size of an entire head of conventional garlic varieties. In fact, these heads can reach the impressive dimensions of an orange.

The garlic shoots of Elephant garlic have the potential to soar to heights of 4-5 feet, rendering them an excellent choice for artistic braiding. To encourage the garlic bulbs to reach their full potential, deadheading the garlic flowers can be a helpful practice as they continue to grow and develop.
